Limited workmanship warranty
Every RL Handcrafts product offers a limited lifetime warranty covering workmanship. General wear, accidental damage and use outside the product’s intended purpose are not covered.
Natural leather variation
Marks, grain and color variation are authentic qualities of genuine leather rather than defects.
Defective products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss replacement or refund options.
Repairs
Existing harnesses may qualify for workshop repair. Contact us before sending any product so we can confirm the process and current mailing address.
